TKW Realty, Inc. was formed in 1994 by Troy K. Walker and Lisa Walker, to concentrate on commercial and investment real estate brokerage and management. In 2009, TKW Realty, Inc. began offering residential real estate services to serve existing clients as well as others. The company has closed transactions with some of the largest retailers and companies in the country, including Wal-Mart, Fry's Electronics, Walgreens, CVS, McDonald's, Burger King, I-Hop, Sonic, Pappas, ITT and many others.
Troy K. Walker

Troy, with over 24 years of experience in real estate, has extensive knowledge in site selection, disposition, property management and due diligence. Prior to the formation of TKW Realty, he worked for the Texas Department of Transportation for 7 years as a right-of-way project manager and land negotiator. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the road systems in the Houston and surrounding areas which is a key factor in site selections for retailers and other commercial users. Through the land acquisition experience with TXDOT, he was educated and trained in all aspects of real estate, including appraisal, title research, engineering, environmental and relocation. This expertise aids him in performing feasibility and due diligence studies on the company listings and investment projects.
Troy received his BA degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, in 1986, specializing in real estate. He is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Realtor® member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and is a Senior Member (SR/WA) in the International Right of Way Association.
Lisa Walker

Lisa, with over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, began offering residential real estate services in 2009 to serve existing clients as well as others with their residential real estate needs. She strives to simplify the home buying and selling process by providing exemplary personalized service before, during and after a transaction. She is committed to understanding and meeting the specific individual needs and goals of each client.
Lisa received her BS degree in Economics from Texas A&M University, in 1987. She is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and a Realtor® member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
