| Location | The Property lies just south of the 26,000 +/- Ac. Woodlands Development and just across I.H. 45 from the new Exxon/Mobile development and the new Springwoods Master Planned development, by Coventry Development. Accessing the property from the north (The Woodlands) you would take the Spring Stuebner Rd. east exit stay to the right and take the Spring Stuebner Rd. east turn around and enter the property via the feeder road or stay on the feeder and take the F.M. 2920 turn around back to the property. Leaving the property and going north to The Woodlands you would take the on ramp 1 tenth of a mile north of the property entering the freeway. Leaving the Property and going south to Houston you would go north on the feeder road and take Spring Crossing Drive over the Freeway and go south on the feeder road and take the immediate on ramp entering the freeway. You can also circle the property on the east side of I.H. 45 by going north on the feeder road and take Crossgate Blvd. to Northgate Crossing Blvd. to Booker Road back to the feeder road. |

| Utilities | The Property is not currently in a Mud. Northgate Crossing Mud No. 2 borders the Property to the East. The engineer said the site would need to be annexed into the Mud and the developer would be asked to pay for the needed facility extensions etc. |
