Flood Zone:  The property is not located within the 100 year flood zone.

Access:  The city and state have constructed the NASA 1 Bypass Exit Ramp, just South of the site providing excellent on/off access.  County and city have completed construction of Kobayashi Blvd. from Magnolia to I.H. 45.

Nasa 1 Bypass:  ROW has been acquired.  Construction is scheduled for 2004.
